Our Shipping Policy

We strive for expedient delivery and aim to have most orders shipped in 48-72 hours. Many of our seats are made to order here at our facility in Dallas, Texas, which can add 5-10 days to the delivery time of these items. Tempress Products uses FedEx shipping options for most shipments delivered within the continental United States. USPS is available on select small part items only and will display during checkout if available. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and an additional 1-7 business days for your order to arrive dependent on your location and products ordered. Once your order ships we will email you your tracking number. We currently do not offer same day shipping. However, we understand that you may have a vacation, tournament or a special occasion you have short time constraints on. For these special requests please call our customer service department at 877-234-7466 or email to confirm if we will be able to meet your deadlines prior to ordering online.

International Shipping Policy

Tempress Products does offer international shipping, but we ask that you please email us at for a shipping quote. Please note that International customers may be required to pay additional duties and taxes for customs clearance dependent on your countries regulations. Tempress Products is not liable for the incurred charges mentioned above.

Return Policy

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products at Tempress. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will issue a refund or an exchange in accordance with the following policies: Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date with a copy of the original receipt. All returned products must be new, never installed, in original packing and unaltered in any way with original tags. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly or determined by Tempress to be defective. We will not accept returns for custom orders. We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling Tempress Products merchandise. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from. Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment within 5-10 days of receipt. Tempress Products reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy or enforce a 25% restocking fee where applicable for not adhering to the return requirements.

Tempress Products is not responsible for lost or damaged items in return shipping so please ensure your package and be sure it is securely packaged and your return authorization number is clearly marked on all packages.

Defective Merchandise

In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team via email or fill out the form below and we will gladly assist you. Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product.
