[tab name="FAQ"]
Q: Can I use any liner for any of your hatches?
No, it is critical that you choose the correct corresponding liner for your correct size hatch. For the hatch and liner to work together you must purchase the same size (example our 1323 hatch will pair with our 1323 liners). The 1323 number listed in the description is indicative of the approximate overall measurement of the hatch. (Example: 1323 = 13" x 23")
Q: Is this liner durable and what is it made of?
Yes, TEMPRESS liners are made of heavy duty polyethylene and come with a one year warranty. All liners larger than 11" x 15" are excellent choices for custom livewells and baitwells. The polyethylene allows you to easily drill through the liner to create necessary holes for installing pump fittings.
Q: How do you install the liner with the hatch?
After measuring the top of the liner (not including the flange) and you have made your cut out, insert the liner first leaving the flange above deck. Next, nest the hatch inside the liner. When you drill down the flange of the hatch you will also be drilling through the flange of the liner making the liner permanently fixed with the hatch.
